I’ve been working as a solution-focused life coach for several years, and I’ve found great success with young adults through octogenarians. I’ve been so humbled and grateful by the wonderful feedback I’ve received!
I work with both couples and individuals to identify roadblocks and set steps to change patterns through which to overcome them. Career transitions, communication skills, sleep habits, and a whole health perspective have all been aspects of the work we do. Often, clients rely on old habits/patterns and expect new outcomes. Let’s work together to find REALISTIC (but hopeful) ways of achieving a happier, healthier, more meaningful life or relationship for you and even those closest to you. It IS possible. I offer compassionate but straightforward guidance as we work together!
I offer a free 20-minute video or phone consultation to assess both your needs and our fit for each other. While I don’t take insurance, I offer competitive rates to make coaching feasible to most clients. I look forward to speaking with you!
In addition to coaching, I offer traditional talk therapy. First licensed in 2013, I have spent several years practicing counseling. I’ve been told I’m easy to talk to and find that really helps sometimes apprehensive clients feel safe opening up. I work with counseling clients on a wide array of issues, including anxiety, depression, sex, LGBTQI+ issues, career transitions, relationship issues, PTSD, etc.
Just like with coaching, I offer a free 20 minute consultation to assess whether we are the right fit for each other.
